“My gray Volvo "Sylvia" got broken into and damage was done to the window tracks about 4 parts needed to be repaired and Scanda was the only place that could do it so I called them up and was greeted by a friendly voice who called me back with the quote and news that they had all the parts needed. dropped the car off after hours, picked it up after hours, paid over the phone, Silvia was very beautiful and clean upon pickup i was so happy to forget this whole incident with the break in and do business with a wonderful company. “I don't think I've ever experienced the quality of care as a customer that I did with Mike's. After getting into an accident with a dreaded electric car that resulted in all the "big name" shops turning me away and recommending Mike, I went with him even though I normally wouldn't think to go with a small shop first. The incident, which was a minor fender-bender, turned into a nightmare between the car being from the states and having to wait MONTHS for ICBC to approve the repairs and wait on shipping up from America. We also have to send the car to the dealership for some of the wiring and they were one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Mike never complained once! I'm honestly not even sure he made a profit at the end with all the extra time and hours he spent making everything happen, going to bat for me with ICBC, advocating for me with the dealership. And when it was all done? He picked me up and took me to his shop to get my car on his own time just so I wouldn't need to wait any longer after being without a vehicle for months. 1000% recommend.”

The screw was close to the sidewall, but still in the tread area, and they said that while a trickier patch, was certainly within their skillset. They were able to patch the tire, and get me on my way far less expensive than what I anticipated. Excellent team.”

“I stopped in there after being referred from Mr. lube after getting my oil changed, to go and get a quote. My fluids were all topped up and there was absolutely nothing coming out of my windshield washer fluids, and my engine was starting to smell from a leak. I stopped in and asked for a possible estimate, and a time when I might be able to bring my truck in because the lot was full and they were clearly very busy. The owner came out and asked if he could have a quick look. Just by having a quick look when they were clearly busy I thought was very nice. After he looked in my engine, he knew what the problem was, and fixed it right there on the spot and was extremely extremely nice and the staff members were extremely nice and only charged me $10 for his time and for him to fix the problem. No doubt his time alone to fix it was way more than that I would definitely recommend absolutely everybody to go there Sherwin (The owner and mechanic) Will definitely be seeing me back for all future fixes.
