“Needed a locking gas cap for my Vanagon and new side mirrors. Googled for where I could find these items and came across Dr Bjorn. Ordered online, got everything quickly. Very happy with the service. Today I found that I needed a new water pump checked online, they had what I was looking for. Went to their shop and picked it up in person. Lovely people, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back.”

“I called dickson and fraser because they have been in the valley since I was a kid. Everyone talks so highly of them so I figured I would bring my work truck in for service. They managed to get me in within the week and were very communicative throughout the process. I felt like the price was fair for what they did. I will definitely be returning for future services.”

“Highly recommend Isherwood for their professionalism and high calibre work. Everything was top notch- from the interactions with Renee and Heidi and the fabulous repair work with the craftspeople in the shop, to even a spotless detail and clean on the car by Jason and team when the body and paint work was completed. I was super impressed with the whole experience. So glad I trusted my car to Isherwood!”

“Our apologies this is getting posted just now. We had the very best experience from the owner. Our car was making the worst noise, and we were going up island. We pulled into H & M who were absolutely booked solid. BUT, the owner took our keys, took our vehicle for a drive, and removed the stones in the steering column. Problem solved. We were going to Calgary in couple of days, live in Victoria. We can't tell you how grateful we were/are. Kind, and the best service ever. He did not charge us. Many many thanks. He really helped us, and at such a busy time for him. Cheers!!”

“This is one place where the overall rating truly reflects the service and professionalism of the shop. My wife’s car died on the Malahat and I desperately searched for a shop within towing distance. I came upon this place via google search and called right away. Rob (owner) answered and I explained the dilemma. We had the car towed there and she got a ride back to Nanaimo. Within an hour we had a detailed update with more info in the following morning. Spared us all the unnecessary fixes and price bloated add-ons you would usually find at a shop or worse a dealership. They called around, found the best prices, questioned dealership recommendations and got all the answers we needed. Once the go ahead was given the car was ready after a day and extensive service. I know this is wordy, but I really can’t recommend this shop enough. We live in Nanaimo and will make the journey to mill bay for any future fixes.”

“I am so grateful! They made me feel stress-free as I need to be printed in a few days and the other two shops in town weren’t able to do it… (And one was actually quite rude And had hung up on me twice) Well it turns out this was the first place that was recommended to me! Very grateful for the friendly and helpful service as technology isn’t always easy for me, and they wiz through it in a joyful way! Five star service!!”

“I was over an hour's drive from home and had to meet someone in Duncan. One of my tires was losing pressure and threatening my plans for the rest of the day. The gentleman I spoke to understood my problem and expedited the service to my flat tire. The young tech who did the repair was fast and efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with the cordial and efficient treatment I received and I highly recommend this Duncan establishment.”
