“I called dickson and fraser because they have been in the valley since I was a kid. Everyone talks so highly of them so I figured I would bring my work truck in for service. They managed to get me in within the week and were very communicative throughout the process. I felt like the price was fair for what they did. I will definitely be returning for future services.”

“Highly recommend Isherwood for their professionalism and high calibre work. Everything was top notch- from the interactions with Renee and Heidi and the fabulous repair work with the craftspeople in the shop, to even a spotless detail and clean on the car by Jason and team when the body and paint work was completed. I was super impressed with the whole experience. So glad I trusted my car to Isherwood!”

“Mike and the team at H&M are the kind of mechanics you hope exist when things go sideways. After leaving another shop in tears and feeling unsafe, I called H&M. Mike didn't hesitate & told me to head straight over, & as soon as a hoist was available, they pulled me right in to inspect the work and made sure my van was secure. They took the time to reassure me, confirmed I was safe to drive, and sent me on my way with total peace of mind. Finding a shop with this level of genuine care, empathy, and honesty is rare. Outstanding service from a shop you can actually trust.”

“I am so grateful! They made me feel stress-free as I need to be printed in a few days and the other two shops in town weren’t able to do it… (And one was actually quite rude And had hung up on me twice) Well it turns out this was the first place that was recommended to me! Very grateful for the friendly and helpful service as technology isn’t always easy for me, and they wiz through it in a joyful way! Five star service!!”

“I was over an hour's drive from home and had to meet someone in Duncan. One of my tires was losing pressure and threatening my plans for the rest of the day. The gentleman I spoke to understood my problem and expedited the service to my flat tire. The young tech who did the repair was fast and efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with the cordial and efficient treatment I received and I highly recommend this Duncan establishment.”

“Great people doing great work! I needed some mechanical work done before going on a road trip, and everything from the phone call to make an appointment to the finished work was caring and professional. Communication was there every step of the way, and extra time was taken to ensure the job was done to the highest standards. My previous mechanic has retired and I was weary about finding a new one but was completely impressed by the work and the care these guys have for their customers. I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone who needs auto repair..”

“I only spoke to Mark over the phone but he was lovely and very helpful! I had a bit of a situation and left my oil cap off driving down island, ending up with a huge mess. Was in a panic and left the car overnight in Duncan. He and his team did a great job cleaning up my engine bay and brakes. Great prices and very efficient - would highly recommend!”

“Switched to Midas Duncan about five services ago… Where else can you get a $70 synthetic oil change with a tire rotation and a very comprehensive inspection included not to mention a very friendly bunch of people right from the service desk to the mechanics… Who will walk right into the shop and show you anything of concern… wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!”
