“Mine was a tale of woe involving the Ryan Rd TD staff, who are particularly inept, and apparently do not care until I switched to the Guthrie Rd branch. The considerably more professional Guthrie Rd TD staff got-the-job-done in about 10 minutes during my fifth branch visit that day. The tale of woe includes several phone calls to online customer support, and then 4 trips to the Ryan Rd branch, (taking up most of my day) to deal with an access card problem that prevented me from using online banking. There would have been a fifth trip, but ... upon calling and asking for the Ryan Rd branch manager, I was told that the soonest anyone in-charge would meet me was 48 hours later, and only as a 'properly scheduled' appointment ... are you kidding me? - after 4 trips to the branch we'll make you wait another 48 hours? ... so, this insanity had me seek out an alternative. The considerably more professional Guthrie Rd TD staff got-the-job-done in about 10 minutes during my fifth branch visit that day - hooray!, finally.”
