    Called the branch. Was told a six minute wait. 30 minutes later after listening to music that made my ears bleed (horrible!!!) and hearing a recording repeatedly say my call is important, I gave up. It obviously is not. Tried several times and was repeatedly cut off. Absolutely unacceptable service.

    Well informed staff, friendly and always take the time to help me with whatever I need.

    Switched from CIBC. A breath of fresh air with enough staff ( unlike CIBC) that are knowledgeable and helpful.
