“Great customer service!We visited their store a couple of years ago for the first time. We ended up buying a mattress and a reading chair and a sofa, along with a leather recliner. Thoroughly pleased with the quality and comfort they offered.Sukh was great to deal with and we had fun haggling a bit back and forth on the purchases.We started to notice some threading (about an inch) had come loose on the arm of the leather recliner. (Probably a factory mistake). We were past our warranty, and were told that they could send someone to repair it, but would cost us 180 dollars for a service call. These days 180 dollars is a lot for anything, especially when you are retired.I spoke to Sukh to see if anything could be done about the cost, and he sent Ken from Fibrenew to repair it.He was awesome. He came in a couple of days. Sewed it back together and it only took a few minutes. His observation was that it wasn’t tied off tight enough at the factory.Thanks to Sukh and Theresa and his staff for looking after us.I thoroughly recommend M & N Mattress and Sofa Shop!”
