Kevin was extremely nice, knowledgable, and very helpful in answering all our questions, giving both pros and cons of what we were buying so we could make a fully informed decision, no pressure or sales tactics. I would highly recommend him, full peace of mind (including 30 day warranty) especially with buying something used and my kid spending his own money!

“Wow! I can't believe the reviews for Toshiba's laptops. We have had ours for over 10 years without a problem until now...it's finally dying...not yet, but soon. We were looking to replace ours, but found no one sells them anymore. We have a Satellite and honestly, it was one of the best things we ever bought. I'm actually very sad we have to get rid of it. “Took my Phone in to get the screen replaced. Superb experience. Multiple store staff greeted me and were very friendly. I forgot my password and had to wait an hour for the security delay to end, the staff reserved me instantly with no issues. I came back after, they fixed it and I was on my way.”
