“On my way to campus my car had stalled on the highway so this was the closest place I could pull into before it fully broke down and not turn on. My car was in an awkward position somewhat blocking the entrance/exit for cars of this claim centre and while I was there waiting for a tow truck, an employee checked on me asking if I was ok, etc etc and actually gave me a latte in hopes of making my day better. Keeping in mind this was at like 7:30am so it was a rough start for me, I truly appreciate this kind gesture. Thanks to Randy I think his name was because it was on the cup of the latte he gave. Thanks times a million.”

“I had to do a transfer of car ownership and renew my car insurance at the same time. The clerk was super helpful and patient. He offered help fill out the form and even tried to see if I can save some money by returning the plate, for which he had to wait and help me with the plate removal. I could renew insurance online, but the value of good customer service cannot be beaten. Highly recommended.”
