“Kritik and Aman are an amazing employee team . I went in not for a need, rather a want. I wanted a certain plate. It was pouring rain and Kritik went out in the rain to take my current plates off my vehicle and then again to put the new ones on while Aman did my paperwork. My new insurance place for sure. While talking to Aman I realized that I can have the convenience of calling them and giving them phone consent for renewal without having to go in to get my paperwork. They will renew my insurance when it’s up for renewal and send me the paperwork. Certainly to the most efficient employees that I have ever encountered working for ICBC or even a private office.”

He offered help fill out the form and even tried to see if I can save some money by returning the plate, for which he had to wait and help me with the plate removal. “Kathy is the best insurance agent i have ever dealt with. She is very professional in her field. I purchased my home insurance, business insurance and rental units insurance from her.
There was one occasion where i was late to get insurance for my unit i believe i provided her information on Thursday and i had to present proof of insurance for my condo before bank release fund on a Monday morning which was the completion date.
Saturday was her day off but she responded to my emails on a Saturday and sent me approved insurance papers on her day off.
