Every single staff member I deal with is awesome, with a huge care meter and so willing to help. Huge shout out to AJ on the forklift and Sarvi for helping us load our truck, you guys were great! Worked through some challenges, and did an amazing job to make sure we got out of there in time to make the ferry - we made it thanks to you guys!”

“This home improvement store is closest to my home so I go here first when I need something. It's a decent size and it's usually easier to find a staff member who can help than at the larger chain down the highway. They don't have the selection of the larger chain but their prices are usually better and you can always order things from their website if you need more options. Website purchases can be sent to the store for pick-up, which saves shipping charges. I've done several medium-sized home renos using Rona and had zero issues with any of them. Their staff is well-trained and friendly, although their cashiers tend to be young so a little wanting in customer service skills. I had one girl looking at her cell phone while I was swiping my credit card and punching in my PIN. Not cool but that's phone-addicted millennials for you.”
