“I have long been a fan of the quality of most Lee Valley products, but this is the first time I have had occasion to be particularly impressed with their amazing customer service. My 10 year old push mower kept losing the roller bar with every 2nd push, so I took it in to see if they could fix it. I left with a brand new mower, in spite of no receipt. I didn't even have to assemble it as they gave me the floor model!!! The 2 ladies who assisted me were wonderful…I’m sorry I didn't get their names.”

“Amazing guys, their expert in repairing and providing services for clients they helped me out while my vehicle was parked in their parking lot. Matt went above and beyond and spent at least 20 minutes to bring a powerline to charge up my car so I could turn on and leave without calling tow truck appreciate these guys awesome people”
