It's a decent size and it's usually easier to find a staff member who can help than at the larger chain down the highway. They don't have the selection of the larger chain but their prices are usually better and you can always order things from their website if you need more options. Website purchases can be sent to the store for pick-up, which saves shipping charges. I've done several medium-sized home renos using Rona and had zero issues with any of them. Their staff is well-trained and friendly, although their cashiers tend to be young so a little wanting in customer service skills. I had one girl looking at her cell phone while I was swiping my credit card and punching in my PIN. Not cool but that's phone-addicted millennials for you.”

Although I could not get the unit into be services, Chris Cullen in Parts and Sales, spent time with me on the phone. Today he also help me in person. These are likely the reason this company has been successful over the years.
