“Yesterday, we were making a regular visit with my dog. She did her business outside as usual, but soon after browsing for 5-10 mins, she did herself an accident on the carpet inside the store….
Embarrassed, I notified the staff and asked for a towel so I could clean up.
However the staff insisted they clean up and assured me multiple times with a smile.

“Really fantastic variety and the quality of the food brands is top tier. They also have a loyalty program that gets you a bag of food free after a certain number of purchases. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their pets a quality, varied diet without having to do a lot of research beforehand, as they don't bring in "junk" foods.”
