“Yesterday, we were making a regular visit with my dog. She did her business outside as usual, but soon after browsing for 5-10 mins, she did herself an accident on the carpet inside the store….
Embarrassed, I notified the staff and asked for a towel so I could clean up.
However the staff insisted they clean up and assured me multiple times with a smile.

“While I was on vacation, I was speaking with a representative from Korna Pet via Instagram because my two dogs were about to run out of food and were being looked after by my boyfriend’s mom. I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t run out, especially since their food is hard to find. Our usual pet store wasn’t getting it in until January 9, but Korna told me their North Van location had it in stock and that they could have it delivered to the Coquitlam location by January 4, which was perfect timing.
When my boyfriend’s mom went to pick it up on the day they said it would arrive, the staff acted completely clueless. I ended up calling them, and that’s when I was told their delivery driver had quit that day, so the food was never delivered. I don’t understand why they didn’t reach out to me on Instagram to let me know, especially since I told them how important this was and that I was on vacation trying to make sure my dogs had their food on time before running out.
I have two dogs and they both eat the same food - it’s the only one that works well for both of them, which makes my life easier. Unfortunately, this specific flavour is very hard to get. I was really disappointed with how this was handled. Thank goodness I planned ahead and also ordered it from another pet store, so she was able to pick it up there instead.
I was also surprised that Korna never mentioned they had smaller bags available in that flavour. Overall, this experience really turned us off, and we wouldn’t want to give them our business after this.

“I’ve been a long-time customer at this Bosley’s location and I cannot thank the staff enough—especially both the assistant manager and manager. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me and my Cane Corso, Tank. From helping with my dog being extremely picky to the times he wouldn’t eat at all, they’ve patiently answered all my questions and offered the best advice and support.
