The lovely lady at the desk Terry, who helped us made the visit truly special. She was so warm, kind, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could feel her genuine passion as she shared stories and advice about birds and nature, making us feel welcome and unhurried.
If you're a nature lover, birder, or simply curious about the world outside your window, this place is an absolute must-visit. We left inspired, having learned so much, and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!”

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.”

“My partner and I love this store! We’ve gotten several pets here that have always been so healthy, they also have a wide selection of everything you’d need for your reptile, amphibians and arachnids. Don’t forget the fish and small animas too! All the staff are great and knowledgeable!”

I got a; LOVELY, POSITIVE, and, COOL; female hedgehog, from here a few days ago..! And it's been the best decision I've EVER made, and I'm; almost 36 years old! She's nothing but a strong yang energy compared to most female rodents, her personality's TOTTALLY different, from most female rodents cause she's a hedgehog, which means, she's not evolved to be a prey-animal, like a gerbil has; she's a TOTAL, deffensive-combatant, by evolutionary standards..! This makes her much more personalble for a guy like me to have as my best friend..! My priority in LIFE, is giving, Silver, the best life possible! (Her life span's supposed to be up to 8 years..!) She's a, North-African and European cross!
Katie, at Petland, is the kindest manager, and the most competant employee, I've ever witnessed in my entire life. She had all the skills needed, to run the city of Surrey, even, if she was the mayor, of course.. Anyone who gives Petland a bad name is just a loser kind of a person who hates animals and probably, most people, to.. Sure, some of thier products can be a tiny bit pricey for what materials went into the manufacturing, but mostly, it's just a place full of animal products priced at a rate where you're getting what you paid for..!
If you love your animal, you will fix your entire life to take care of it. If you mis treat your animal, you shouldn't ever be allowed to own an animal.
