“Very good nature-themed store with a lot of interesting birdfeeding products! Laidback vibes, feels very homey. It’s a small store but they’ve made it as roomy as possible inside. I use a rolling walker and there is plenty of room in the vast majority of the aisles for me.”

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.”

“Lovely pet store with great staff and owner. Very personable and does his best to keep my rabbits favourite treats in stock ?. Some prices are a fantastic deal and other prices are very comparable to larger company pet stores, so why not support a small business full of wonderful people instead of those big corporations!?”

“They are friendly, attentive and well-priced! We love supporting smaller businesses because we're not stupid and don't want to facilitate any monopolies! Their flea medication they offer is absolutely useless, though! It is still worth our business, though.”

“We got our Cockapoo groomed by Oksana today. It is the best cut she has ever received! She looks adorable! It is easy to see that Oksana is highly skilled. It was nice not to have to leave her at a groomers for multiple hours, as well. We will definitely have all our grooming done here, from now on.”

“I’ve been going to Petland Grandview for the last few months while I figure out this whole aquarium hobby, and honestly, I really like this place. Every time I go in, it has that small-town kind of feeling. The staff start recognizing you, they remember your name, and everyone is super friendly. It also seems like everyone there knows a ridiculous amount about fish and aquariums, which is pretty helpful when you’re constantly trying to figure out what the hell you’re doing. 😂 Today I went in because I was having a bit of a crisis with my tank and ended up meeting Allan. We started talking about what was going on, and he went through my cart with me. Instead of just letting me buy everything I had picked out, he actually swapped a bunch of things for options that were cheaper and better. That alone impressed me. Then we started chatting about aquarium stuff, which somehow turned into talking about our personal lives. 😂 A few minutes later, we’re standing in the aisle talking like we’ve known each other for ages. He eventually got called up to the front, so I kept browsing and picking up a few more things. When I finally got to the checkout, both tills had a lineup. Allan spotted me, called me by my first name, and came over to ring me through. I’m not 100% sure if Allan is the owner or manager, but honestly, it doesn’t really matter. The service was awesome. After I paid, we ended up talking for a while longer, and I walked out of the store feeling like I had just made a new friend rather than simply buying aquarium supplies. That’s the kind of experience that makes you want to keep coming back. Great people, tons of knowledge, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. I came in today because my tank was having a crisis and left with cheaper supplies, better advice, and apparently a new friend. 😂 Can’t really ask for much more than that!”

“First visit to this location. The customer service representative who helped me was wonderful. This young man was sweet, kind and patient while he guided me in downloading the rewards app in my phone, reset password twice. I’m such a pain but he was so thoughtful and kind and make sure that I took advantage of all the offers available in the sale. This young man should be recognized for outstanding customer service. Wonderful store, lots of selection and lots of great promotions.”
