I feel that it is never too late to acknowledge a positive encounter.I had outstanding service from this store on Nov 26, 2023.The gentleman who took my order over the phone ( I live outside Canada) was friendly and true to his word when stating he would call me back. He double checked the availability of an item and its costs to be delivered. I appreciate people with integrity. It is not often that customers receive call backs or genuine caring service for that matter, nowadays. :)I placed my order, paid for it and they delivered it on time. Wild birds unlimited even wrapped it! The recipient loved receiving the pretty wrapped gift. Thank you for providing such a pleasant shopping experience!”

“I like this store. The staff are knowledgeable and they have a very good selection. My cat happened to develop an allergy to anything Chicken. A staff member helped me find a one protein food that my cat now eats and no longer has the symptoms she had previously. My cat is way healthier now so I'm really happy I came here. Top marks. “Kit the groomer is gone ? She works at Dharma Dog though if anyone wants to go there for her. She's an awesome person and it's too bad she left! She was the only one I trusted with my dog and I can't go to the new place. Other than that, clean place, friendly and knowledgeable staff!”

“The staff I talked to was amazingly sweet and kind and we had a great conversation, she recommended things for my elderly dog which she has found worked for her animals, which I truly appreciate. They have a very nice selection of animal foods, either raw or dry, and toppers that you can’t find at many other stores in the area. They also do delivery which is really cool! Hope everything goes well for the owners in the future. Highly recommend this business for cat and dog food/treats.”
