He patiently spent a couple of hours explaining in detail the travel vaccines that are relevant for our overseas travel.
He was the only employee working on the day we dropped in and he was managing the entire store, accepting/dispensing prescriptions of walk-in clients, in addition to the travel medicine consultation.

“I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription and they were very helpful and gave a lot of information.
I will say though be careful of thieves. I got a prescription and when I later opened it, there was nothing (just the instructions which made me think something was inside). I had to go back. Thankfully the employee working the self check out recognized me and helped me out. Next time I’ll be sure to save the receipt and open the box right after paying to check. Hopefully they set up more safety measures for the medication on the shelves.”
“The low star reviews really shock me!! I have had nothing but great experience with this pharmacy. In fact, I will be bold enough to say that this is by far the best pharmacy I have visited. Each time I drop off my Rx, it is ready before the time they quoted. My most recent Rx refill exceeded my expectation for this pharmacy even further. I called to make a refill. They asked if I could give them 1hr as they were short staffed. I told them there is no rush as I don't need it today and can pick it up tomorrow. They made a note to have it ready for tomorrow. I kid you not, 20mins after I hung up the phone, I get a text telling me my Rx is ready for pick up. AMAZING!!!”

I thanked Maggie and headed to customer service where Lena helped me. She had 6 cards in the lost & found. She scanned them all and mine was the last one! They were so helpful and just made my day. “I think the pharmacists are competent. I visited them after Shoppers in Burquitlam where I was told that I had to pay around 80 dollars for a tetanus shot even with MSP, which was incorrect. The pharmacists here gave me correct information and gave the shot to my husband promptly.”

“My horrible experience turned fantastic because of Juliana in Cosmetics. I had purchased a shampoo that was heavily scented and had caused me a severe allergic reaction. I went in on Monday morning to return it and the cashier (blond older female with glasses) was extremely aggressive and rude telling me I couldn't get a refund and to go contact the company that made it. The product had caused me allergies and I asked if I could have a tissue from the box right beside her and she refused to answer me as if I was a piece of trash; very offensive individual. Her attitude shocked me so much I left in silence and went to cosmetics to ask for a manager. Juliana was very approachable and immediately offered to message her manager for permission after hearing the reason I wanted to return the product. The manager replied promptly and agreed due to the circumstances I had shared. Manager and cosmetics rep truly understand what makes a business thrive, it's the customer experience. Because I was grateful they helped, I continued my walk around the store and paid for products worth 3 x as much as the product the store refunded. Thanks for a great customer service experience and please have a talk with the blond older cashier with glasses.”
