“I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Pharmacist Simon.
He patiently spent a couple of hours explaining in detail the travel vaccines that are relevant for our overseas travel.
He was the only employee working on the day we dropped in and he was managing the entire store, accepting/dispensing prescriptions of walk-in clients, in addition to the travel medicine consultation.
His dedication and expertise were truly impressive, and it's clear he genuinely cares about the clients’ well-being. “I went to pharmacy to buy few things today Sunday, my favorite pharmacist Sima was working, the pharmacy was quite busy and there was an aggressive customer using profane language, I don’t know what kind of support system Walmart has in place for their employees but this kind of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. I was shopping with my young child ,hearing profanity was insulting. Walmart needs to put up a signage like Labs and doctors offices to prevent customers abusing employees.”

I thanked Maggie and headed to customer service where Lena helped me. She had 6 cards in the lost & found. She scanned them all and mine was the last one! They were so helpful and just made my day. “I think the pharmacists are competent. I visited them after Shoppers in Burquitlam where I was told that I had to pay around 80 dollars for a tetanus shot even with MSP, which was incorrect. The pharmacists here gave me correct information and gave the shot to my husband promptly.”
