“I visited the pharmacy late Sunday evening, and pharmacist Everett Lin quickly assessed my symptoms and prescribed antibiotics. After nearly completing the course, I was still experiencing lingering symptoms, so I called the pharmacy to ask whether I should see a doctor. It happened to be Everett Lin who answered my call again. He took the time to listen to my concerns, provided thoughtful advice, and even helped me find virtual doctor apps so I could see a physician more quickly. It's been a long time since I've met such a compassionate, patient, and genuinely helpful pharmacist. His professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. “The Save On is located at the boarder of Coquitlam and Burnaby. Inside is quite clean. Isles are wide. I like the fact that they do price match so that I don't have to make a trip to Thirty's Food, Safeway etc. One thing I have noticed is how many on sales items they have. ““I recently had an excellent experience at the London Drugs when I needed urgent help with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The screen was completely black and the phone was unusable, and since I rely on my phone for work, it was very stressful. I first went to the Apple Store, but the earliest appointment they had was two weeks away. Since I have AppleCare, I learned that I could also get service at London Drugs. That’s where I met Niaz. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional from the start. He understood how urgent my situation was and did everything he could to get my phone repaired as quickly as possible. He handled the whole process with care and skill, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m extremely grateful to Niaz for going above and beyond. “I was reluctant to change my pharmacy to Costco because I heard about long waits and phone calls not getting answered, but I was pleasantly surprised about how good my experience was. Previous pharmacies were regularly out of stock of my medication and id have to wait. I called to check if they had my meds anf was answered within 5 min, when I called to get my prescription filled they answered within 5m, and when I went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday at 1030am I waited less than 5min. Was really great experience and am glad I switched.”

“Im writing to recognize Danny, the Store Manager for the exceptional care n professionalism he demonstrated following a recent visit to the store. During my visit, I had a very poor experience with one of the store's supervisors, which I have formally brought to the company's attention. What turned a frustrating situation around, however, was Danny's response. Danny did not simply acknowledge my complaint and move on. He followed through with genuine concern, took personal ownership of the situation, and continued to reach out to me to make sure everything had been resolved and that I was alright. His follow-up was consistent, heartfelt, and entirely unprompted — the kind of accountability and humanity that is rare to find. In my experience, leadership is most visible when things go wrong, not when they go right. Danny exemplified exactly the standard a company should want its managers to set. He protected the reputation of the store and left me feeling valued as a customer despite the initial experience. I would be grateful if this commendation could be added to Danny's personnel record and shared with his regional leadership at Rexall. Employees of his caliber deserve to be recognized, and I want to make sure his efforts are seen and value.”

“Today I went to the pharmacy to pick up my Ozempic. The lady who helped me noticed I am paying the full price. She asked to confirm that I am using it as prescription for my diabetes, and then she asked if I have the Ozempic Savings Card. Since I don't have the card, she helped me apply for it right there. A few minutes later I received the card in the form of an email. She applied the card and my cost has been reduced to a third of the original Ozempic price, a price aligned with generic alternatives! What a big help! Thank you very much Sofia and Irina for your assistance!”
