“Can the management please ask the delivery truck drivers not to HOOT when they come. We are seniors staying in the apartment just above the delivery place and it’s so annoying when they start hooting even on Sundays. Don’t they have any courtesy.

“These five stars are directly for *Kaidryn*. (Hope I spelled that right. :)) Whom answered the store's line, i.e., not the pharmacy, when I called to ask about the crypto ATM.
Ever since the Scotiabank closed abruptly it has been a struggle to find ATMs that are walking distance within the area. Kaidryn was awesome at explaining that the Bitcoin ATM does NOT dispense cash and how the ATM works.
She went out of her way to search the ATMs at McBride, which I honestly never thought about checking out and she found a couple that I can use.
She was great, very sweet, and went out of her way to help me. I wish more people were as pleasant as she is, in general and not just as employees.”

“The Save On is located at the boarder of Coquitlam and Burnaby. Inside is quite clean. Isles are wide. I like the fact that they do price match so that I don't have to make a trip to Thirty's Food, Safeway etc. One thing I have noticed is how many on sales items they have. They have on sale tag everywhere.”
“Had a prescription to fill. Jacky was very patient in checking if the pills were available. as well as helpful in transferring the prescription from another pharmacy. superb!”

While shopping at London Drugs, I asked a supervisor for help finding Christmas mugs, but they did not assist me and were unhelpful in their response.They just told it’s in the central unable to find eventually. Feeling unsure and frustrated, I then went to the customer service desk for help.
At customer service, I spoke with Mariam, who was very kind and approachable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and communicated clearly and calmly. Entho, there was line behind. Mariam helped me locate the Christmas mugs and made sure I knew exactly where to find them.

“I was reluctant to change my pharmacy to Costco because I heard about long waits and phone calls not getting answered, but I was pleasantly surprised about how good my experience was. Previous pharmacies were regularly out of stock of my medication and id have to wait. I called to check if they had my meds anf was answered within 5 min, when I called to get my prescription filled they answered within 5m, and when I went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday at 1030am I waited less than 5min. Was really great experience and am glad I switched.”

“I love the Beauty Boutique here. My lovely advisor Michelle knows exactly what types of products I love and if she isn't there then lovely Noor is always on top of my needs. I did notice last time though that Noor could have used some extra help as there were quite a few customers and she was calling for a supervisor but nobody came. That was a shame for both the customer and her. It's almost as though something had changed. Oh I noticed that the nice security man was not standing in his place either which I found odd. The staff need all the security they can get these days, that's for sure. At least two on the floor at all times for event days ie: Seniors Day or 20x points.”

“The pharmacist would tell you to figure out something yourself and come back, rather than helping you. They won't help you until you complaint about their services. Btw, they have one of the highest dispensing fee 11.6CAD amoung drug stores.”
