“Service is personnel dependent. When you get a newer staffer, if they’re unsure of tricky (to them) postal question, they’ll ask for backup, that takes time to find another person.
When you’re interacting with an experienced person, your item(s) are processed quickly. During my last order the friendly person helped with my question on different prepaid box sizes by assembling the various boxes in attached photos.
From past experience you need to either have your package mail ready or bring your own packing tape &/scotch tape.”
