I was worried about visiting this branch because I read a lot of horrible reviews. Turns out the lady standing in front of the lobby was amazing and really helpful today.

My goodness, the tellers here are absolutely miserable and sad human beings. They are passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and downright rude. They ask for personal information without giving a reason; they don't seem to understand customer needs; and they also don't seem to like (any part of) their jobs.

Went to go do some banking today and yup door before 4 and online says 5, never open and bank machines locked early, might be a good time to switch banks.

The tellers at this branch need to be replaced immediately. They don’t smile, don’t listen (which is obvious because they make me describe the issue at least four times), and don’t do what they say they’d do. The most horrendous service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Higher level staff are fine; it’s the tellers that are simply not qualified to do their job.

I had to close my CIBC account and switch to Scotia because CIBC's international transfers were causing me so much trouble, and I had told CIBC's counter service that there must be something wrong with their international transfer system that caused my international transfers to be returned twice. But there was no positive feedback and no solution to the problem. Compared to Scotia, Scotia's service is excellent. The international transfer was very fast.

Bank tellers here have bad customer service. Had an issue and the bank manager said she will call me back. Haven't heard from her for over a week. There's better banks out there.

Shockingly bad! The astonishing levels of mediocrity and unprofessionalism, from all levels, has left me dumbfounded.Save yourself the headache and choose another lender. I can assure you that when it's time to renew our mortgage, it will not be with Scotiabank.

To much old and slow staff working in this branch.20 min stood in the line … they deal with 3 customer at 3 teller … i just need bank statement… she said that they will charge $ 15 and she wear glasses .. i have bank account so i need statement… unexperienced staff.. switch my bank due to poor and inefficient service

Harshdeep Kaur was professional, considerate, engaged, and nothing but helpful with my line of credit. I could tell she wanted to assist me and was going the extra mile to get the job done expediently, taking my needs into consideration. I really appreciate her help. Please give her a raise or a promotion, she's very good at her job, working very hard and it shows!

Have more than 2 tellers on the weekends. Most ppl work the hrs you’re open, so when there’s a line up to the door… maybe it’s time to get more ppl to help out.
