This advertising makes me sick. I have been a long time customer and these offensive ads need to stop. They do not cater to 99.9% of TD customers and should not be used to promote banking.

This branch didn’t meet my expectations. I did the same service here on the same day, but 2755 lougheed Hwy Bank was noticeably better. The service quality, especially under the management of Aaron Line, made a significant difference. I highly recommend considering a switch for superior service.

Garbage branch and bank. I have worked at TD both as an advisor and teller. Bank drafts do not always need to be put on hold but the ignorant newbie teller is not willing to listen and learn or try to go beyond what she knows

Wow...I don't even know where to start. The young man that helped me was Sepehr. He is simply one of the greatest people ever. He made the process of acquiring a credit card SO easy for me. I don't think I have ever had my soul touched before....that was until I met Sepehr!!! He truly has a way with his words and understands the questions and concerns of ALL clientele. He is just so incredibly BOSS!! If you ever need any assistance...he is the man you want to go to. I've already invited him to my wedding taking place in Bali next year...All praise to Sepehr!!!! A TRUE boss!!!!

Horrible customer service, ownership, communication and management.Upon applying for a mortgage and providing all the necessary information, Noorain sent me on a wild goose chase tracking down a public inquiry for a TD line of credit. I reached out to her weekly and it was always a new task to chase down this un found "public inquiry". Upon providing her a credit report showing no inquiries, she continued to delay and went on vacation for 2 weeks with out notifying me. Upon reaching out to other members of the bank Noorain told me she is doing everything she can and to respect her and let her do her job. Upon further investigation my application was cancelled due to the delays and my mortgage rate jumped by 1.7%. The branch manager Tanya was absolutely useless in assisting with any of the process. If a corporation like this cannot provide anything good for the speciality services in our life, why do they deserve our basic service and benefits from our every day banking and hard work. Western corruption at its finest.

customer service was horrible. knowing i am a longtime customer, been with this bank for 10 or so years. lady on the phone was rude and didn’t even try to see if they could do something to help, automatically denied and told me they couldn’t do anything. don’t even deserve a star.

Sepehr was professional, friendly and efficient. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, and he sets the bar high. Would recommend him for personal banking needs.

I am deeply disappointed with the way I have been treated as a long-time customer, I have noticed that the quality of customer service has significantly declined over time. I expect to receive a certain level of respect and appreciation, which unfortunately I feel has been lacking in recent interactions!!

I created a bank draft from BMO (my personal accout), and went to this branch to deposit to my business account. It's over 30k+, and TD didn't allow me to access the full amount right away, has to wait 5 business days.This is ridiculous as it defeats the purpose of bank draft. I had my client created a bank draft from RBC and deposited into my BMO, I can access the full amount right away.Called TD support but they said it's the branch's policy.Have to say it is not a proper policy and it brings ĺots of inconvenience for small business.-- Follow up:Per TD's response, I sent an email to customer support. After a day I got reply to let me post a secured message in TD website. I did that too but still no response in next day. Now the fund is already there (it's there on the 6th business day), so the support is meaningless for me.

AVOID this bankI feel like the management is very messy and I worry about my account security!I have accounts with RBC and CIBC for many years, they are good and I never had any issues with them.This year I started using TD and had a really bad experience.I applied for a credit card online, I live in BC, and the card was sent to a branch in Ontario?! What!!? I checked my EasyWeb and confirmed my address is in BC, and I am sure when I apply for the card, I filled in my BC address.Then I called customer service, and the agent said seems like someone touched my address. huh???? I have never lived in Ontario! How does it happen?Then, the agent arrange to send my credit card to this branch, and said someone will call me to pick up the card in 7-10days. Then I waited 2 weeks, and nobody called. So I call customer service again!Then they told me there were delays bla bla bla, the card will be there asap. So much trouble! Why can't TD just send the card to my address like another bank? Creating so many troubles! I applied for credit cards with other banks and never experience annoying stuff like this.Another bad experience is with the investment department! Too much trouble I want to switch bank!!!

The worst service I have received from this branch!rude and impolite teller !DO NOT understand what customer is SAYING!I don’t understand how come it’s an security issue when I deposit money FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT to families account ??Closing time of your branch at 4pm and the tellers didn’t want to serve client after 3:50 because you worry that the transaction will affect your closing time you guys should inform customer that no transaction is allow after 3:50pm instead asking customer to leave when you are helping them half way!it was an extremely unpleasant experience for a weekend!

Banking should be quick and easy. This experience was EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE. Overly long delayed process with incompetence. Good standing account and a customer for numerous years yet pulling out some cash within the allowed amount incl: having to verify when I opened an account, recent transactions, employer, other accounts opened with the bank and so on. I suspect this was more of a 'power trip' rather than security. I'm now considering leaving TD all together or the very least avoid this TD branch at all cost, it was an extremely unpleasant experience.

It’s 11:30 and there’s 10 people in line. One teller. Wait times are ridiculous here, avoid this branch at all costs. Surprising that they can’t hire more than 1 teller and the best part is that there’s employees just casually walking around with no help.
