Very long wait times. There is often only one or two teller serving customers, so the line moves extremely slowly. More staff are needed at the teller counter.

Decided to take advantage of a TD promotion so opened an account at this nearby branch. Very friendly and professional staff and Nicole was super helpful, walking me through the required steps of the promotion and any other questions I had.
