“AMAZING! my car suddenly broke down near his store. he saw me and immediately brought a booster to help me get it started up so that i could drive it to discount motor city. from there, he got a good look and helped me and my dad figure out what was wrong with my car. i’m not a car tech at all, but he explained the issue so clearly that i understood. he even put about two litres of anti-freeze. he did this all this for free, even when my dad tried to pay him. what a good heart. thank you, carl. you’re awesome :-)”

All repairs were shown to me including the old parts. It was priced very competitively and I'm fortunate to have found an honest mechanic who was kind enough to put newer Toyo tires on it before I came to pick it up, and replace the windshield that had a small rock chip along with a full synthetic oil change for me. He even told me the best oil to use.
The car was immaculately clean and previously detailed. I'm really pleased with the purchase.

I was looking for a pre owned mini cooper convertible for my wife. And I had been to so many dealers and showrooms.
My experience at IONE Auto has been the best. Andy is honest and kind, clearly explaining everything about the vehicles so we can make an informed decision. His cars are in excellent condition, and he stands by them.
I’ve been to so many dealers (some of which were branded) but Andy’s cars were in the best condition. The external bodies are as good as we might expect. But what really stands out are the interiors of the cars in his collection. I’m not sure if he’s particular about the cars he stocks, but they were all in excellent condition, with minimal wear and tear. That makes buying used cars from here a nice experience. You might even feel like you’ve just bought a brand-new car!
