“I bought a rav 4 from them and it had some problems so I called them feeling a little played as I am a younger woman, but they assured me that the way the mechanic check is done is often a 10 mins drive and they look at what is working for now. So they ended up repairing 900$ worth of repairs all for free even if I had no warranty. Extremely kind of them.
