When I went in, the bank teller Gaurang was excellent. He was quick, efficient, friendly and overall a great teller. He went over everything clearly and didn’t waste my time. Definitely will continue business here.

I've been helped by Gaurang more than once. He is professional, knowledgable, friendly, and approachable. I highly recommend to visit this Vancity branch on Saturdays, because he is working then. I 100% agree and support that Gaurang merits a raise due to his warm hospitality.
