“I attended the branch this afternoon to get a bank draft for the down payment for a home purchase. The fee was $9.95. I asked the young man that was assisting me if he could waive the charges. He said the bank draft fee is automatically charged to our account. A few minutes later, he said that he had checked and as a very long-term customer of the bank he would reverse the charges. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this and genuinely grateful that he went above and beyond. These days there are so many fees charged for everything. Not only was it such a refreshing change to have a pleasant person helping me but also going above and beyond. Thank you Daniel!! Further to that...I called the branch to ask his name as I didn't see a name tag while there. I called the bank to explain the situation and lo and behold it was Daniel that answered the phone. He was so humbled and insisted there was no need to speak to a supervisor to extend my gratitude.Therefore...Daniel, I hope that someone else in a supervisory capacity at your branch or head office sees this and you get a kudos for your efforts. Thank you for making my day!”

“Frankly I am "shocked" this branch has only 2.5 stars. I have not visited this branch in person for sometime now but when I did last year I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be revisiting the branch as soon as my v/m is received by someone at this branch. I am hoping for a return call today but I surely understand if they need a day or two to respond.I will say; I have had to deal with a few different Canadian Banks and I must say, BMO has made my personal and business banking needs very easy with super friendly service!I recommend BMO to everyone, they will help you have a successful future!!”

“The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the location is convenient, it has longer hours than many other branches and I have never had to wait in line for longer than five minutes. My only complaint is that the ATMs at this branch are quite old and still uses an envelope system. Some branches have new ATMs, so I hope that Pinetree gets them too soon. If you have an issue with a Visa that doesn't require identity verification, it's better to call the number on the back of your card, as the branch staff act as an intermediary with their call centre. Also, don't assume that personal information on forms is correct, as employees manually input it instead of having it auto filled, so typos sometimes occur.”
