Lots of teller booths but less people at the booth helping customers how long does a customer have to wait to be next. They need to come up with a better system to help people when they are longer at the booth with a customer while others wait.

NEVER USING THIS BRANCH AGAIN!
I've been banking with Vancity for 18 years and this is the only time I've ever had rude and impatient service. It felt like that because I'm struggling right now and have a negative balance due to service fees that I'm now no longer welcome. Yikes.

absolutely worst banking service. even the mgr/supervisor can't figure out the business wire transfer. ask to come back on the second day. waste of time.

I had a really bad experience at this branch. I went there to inquire about a line of credit, but the staff, particularly a lady there, didn't even bother to check my documents and income. She simply said it wasn't possible for me. The staff was unfriendly, and I wouldn't recommend this branch to others.

Such a long lineup! Every time I come here, I have to wait for 45 minutes because there are usually only two employees working, despite having about 5 or more service counters.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the location is convenient, it has longer hours than many other branches and I have never had to wait in line for longer than five minutes. My only complaint is that the ATMs at this branch are quite old and still uses an envelope system. Some branches have new ATMs, so I hope that Pinetree gets them too soon. If you have an issue with a Visa that doesn't require identity verification, it's better to call the number on the back of your card, as the branch staff act as an intermediary with their call centre. Also, don't assume that personal information on forms is correct, as employees manually input it instead of having it auto filled, so typos sometimes occur.

My husband and I have been Vancity customers for over 25 years, and recently I have moved to a different job that has me working near this branch. On the 4 or 5 visits I've made, I can say every one of them had me planning to change to a different bank. Everyone I've dealt with here (including the manager) has been a big disappointment - I've never seen such a group of rude, unhelpful people in a bank branch.

This Vancity on Pinetree in Coquitlam is the worst. Always long line ups, even mid day. Always wait more than 20 min. Always short staffed and on top of it they are usually rude. Today the clerk was sarcastic and laughed at my questions while.... 12 people waited behind me. Not the first bad time there, it has been this way for a long time so I pulled out my account today.... YES! feels good! No thank you Vancity. Ps I hear ya PandoraP.

Very very slow tellers I was waiting outside about 40 mins
I won't come here again.
