The service advisor - Mr. Ian Blaikie is equivalent to a 5-star reception you'd get at a hotel. They are beyond friendly, professional, and patient. Even with a minor snag that was beyond Island Honda's control, Mr. Blaikie followed up personally and provided solutions.

Had a great appt. Nice lady Gail was awesome. They washed and vacuumed my car. What a nice surprise. I love my Honda, why take it anywhere else.
