Best service department I have been to. Staff are very kind, helpful, and considerate. Ian was helping us out, he kept us informed about the vehicle and ensured there were no surprises. Overall, they do a thorough job every time I come in with my car and they clearly care about their customers.

Bought a slightly used vehicle, 2022 ..the car has been awesome, salesperson was good when doing the deal..but that is where it ends. Follow up and communication after that is far below average.
Dealers are all about slam, bang and thank you man! Customer service is a thing of the past, unfortunately Dealers are not looking at repeat or referral customers anymore.

Having just moved to the valley with my new CRV I wasn’t sure where to go with a flat tire. The staff at Island Honda were there to help. The most friendly staff I have ever met at the dealership and servicing went above and beyond, getting me back on the road as well as a wash and vacuum. I will definitely be going back!

I've tried four times to contact the service department by phone. I don't want to book online because I have some questions for them. I have left one message on their voicemail, one message for them via the chat function on the website, and my most two most recent attempts haven't gone to voicemail; the call has just dropped. Not at all impressed
