“We have recently been spending a great deal of time in the Comox Valley and naturally it can be overwhelming to source and trust any new professionals, especially as a patient/client whose health is not entirely typical.
I found my way to The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy on Cliff quite randomly but very fortunately. In the past several months I can confidently say, that I have never had better medical care and guidance from a medical team other than my family physician. I am grateful for Janice, Ervin, Lisa, Alicia and Barbara. See? Who else knows the names of the entire Pharmacy team of the pharmacy that they work with? That is my point. Their team clearly cares about one another and it lends itself to every relationship that they create with those who walk through their doors.
I appreciate authentic connection especially when it is created alongside trust and respect and this has been exactly my experience both personally and professionally at The Medicine Shoppe on Cliff.
This experience is the opposite experience I’ve had at the previous pharmacies I’ve chosen to do business with. It’s with noting, I’ve had longer, more informative and consequential medical conversations with Janice and her team than several clinical and surgical procedures professionals that I’ve sat on waiting lists to consult with.
