Kept saying they have tried delivering to my house on 3 different occasions but I have been home the whole time (3 different times) and there wasn’t any knock or any attempt at delivery. I then received a note saying they attempted again and there wasn’t anyone home. Very frustrating and annoying, not impressed or happy with this company

Package not delivered on time. Package was supposed to leave on required morning but left the next day instead. Even paid the higher fee so that it would arrive on time but it never left on the promised day.When you inquire about why the package was not picked up and delivered on time, all you get is lame excuses.Don’t get Purolator to deliver packages for you if you want it on time.

incomplete delivery, only 3 of 4 needed items delivered - driver did not check or ring bell - I chased him out the driveway but he made a hasty departure. call - "your item was delivered" - pain and suffering, disrupting my whole day now, trying to track the 4th needed item

morons sent the package back to Nanaimo sort facility on the weekend. Management is braindead and the customer service number has an automatic 30 minute wait to discourage complaints

what a joke of a company.......spoke with 5 different online agents and either one of them could tell me what is going on with my package or had no clue when it could be delivered. i tried to phone and was on hold for over 1.5hours and still did not speak to anyone. I feel really sorry for all the employees working for that company, but just a heads up, there is lots of work out there......why do you remain working in those conditions.Purolator = Joke

Would be great if the driver would learn how to use a door buzzer or a phone. Watched him drive in, get out of his van and stick a post on the entrance door. Then leave. Didn’t even attempt to buzz. Terrible service.

Hit and miss with these guys. I would probably go with Fedex or UPS before choosing Purolator. I've had a dozen or more packages delivered this year, and the only ones that end up being late are Purolator. Not just a day or two late, but stupidly late. I understand there may be some logistic problems and weather can be an issue, but if a package sits in a warehouse one hour drive from my home for two weeks, I don't think you can blame weather. I can drive to their location and all the other couriers are delivering. The reason for the 2nd star is that the items do arrive at some point.

i have tried many times to schedule a pickup and nobody answers the phone!!..they only supply you with a 1-888 number and not a local number and as of right now i have been on hold for over 20min and this is my third time calling this week and still cant get through..i tried going online and they wanted me to set up a business acc and there was no other way to get a pick up...HIRE PEOPLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!!
