“The hours of operation are limited, but CALL and other delivery options can be arranged with them. I was able to get my parcel very easily quite close to my home outside of the working hours. Definitely a great service from Purolator Agent in Courtenay.”

The customer service rep was so kind because she opened the box, with my permission, took the label out and proceeded to process my shipment. All with a smile on her face.
