“Wonderful service! I put the shipping label inside the box even though the instructions clearly indicated not to. The customer service rep was so kind because she opened the box, with my permission, took the label out and proceeded to process my shipment. All with a smile on her face. I will definitely use this service location again. Cheers”

“The wonderful staff at the Nanaimo location went above and beyond regarding professionalism and friendliness. Cathy (on the phone) helped me out quickly and calmly (when I wasn't). I appreciate everyone that helped me. Thank you so much.”
