“I went to Mark's in Courtenay on Dec. 14 and when I entered I saw a huge line up. A young girl, Kristina I think, was cheerful and went out of her way to be amazingly helpful. . Great customer service. The line up went quickly as all the limited staff were very efficient. Great Experience on a very busy day.”
“It's not that I don't believe the bad reviews, but when I went in there was a young man helping me and I got a pair of blundstones thanks to him helping me try on several pairs of shoes. They were helpful and patient with me, walking me through the different styles and features and giving me all the time I needed to walk around the store with the shoes on feeling them out. Helped me get insoles to make the shoes fit perfectly and honestly it was an all around good experience. Will probably go back.”
“Andy is patient, and cares about helping to find a comfortable fit for those with or without orthotics, while providing a wide assortment of runners, trail shoes (some are waterproof), accessories, and running apparel, including waterproof socks.
He carries some wide shoes, and can order in wide or extra wide in some models as well.
He has knowledge about the foot, and can also provide further recommendations for foot care professionals in the CV and up to Campbell River, if asked.
He also offers the option to purchase, and try out briefly, shoes at home. If it isn't quite right, it can be returned if in the same condition as purchased.
He offers a no-pressure personalized service, and I feel we're very lucky to have him in the Comox Valley. I don't hesitate to recommend Extreme Runners.
And - parking is free downtown :)”
