“Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes at Mark’s. I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the store. I found the footwear for men but had a little difficulty in finding what I wanted. There was a large selection. Then salesperson Diane appeared. She proved to be an excellent help in finding the right shoe. She made good suggestions regarding the width and length of shoe I’d need. She had no gauge to use, but her experience proved enough. I walked out of the store with a very comfortable pair of shoes and a happy disposition. Thanks Diane!”

“It's not that I don't believe the bad reviews, but when I went in there was a young man helping me and I got a pair of blundstones thanks to him helping me try on several pairs of shoes. They were helpful and patient with me, walking me through the different styles and features and giving me all the time I needed to walk around the store with the shoes on feeling them out. Helped me get insoles to make the shoes fit perfectly and honestly it was an all around good experience. Will probably go back.”

“My feet were having problems and my Dad said that he just found the best shoes that worked great for his feet. He told me that Andy helped him out, analyzed his feet and watched him walk.I then went to see Andy to! Excellent service, found the perfect match for my feet and even showed me stretches to help my feet feel better.We had come from Campbell River, and l felt bad that when we left he turned off the close sign. He never mentioned they were closing, and stayed late to help us. He went above and beyond!A huge thank you Andy! I love all three of my new pair of shoes! You fixed my hurting feet!”
