“I shop at Source for Sports as often as I can, but this was my first experience with this location , and I can only say that I am very happy! I did an online order and was calling simply to inform them that my daughter would be picking it up on her way to her softball tournament. They immediately understood that the tournament was going to be in Campbell River and offered to send the shoes to that location to make it easier for her. Not only that, but when there was a power outage, they ferried the shoes back-and-forth between stores just in case she needed to pick them up earlier. In this day and age that is above and beyond, any service, I would’ve expected. THANK YOU!”
