Value Village, a Savers brand, is a popular thrift retailer known for its organized and clean stores. Customers appreciate the wide selection of gently used clothing, especially in the women's section, although the men's section is smaller. Many shoppers enjoy finding unique deals and often leave satisfied with their purchases. However, some reviews mention that prices can be higher than expected, with certain items approaching retail prices. Shoppers are advised to inspect clothing carefully for stains or defects before buying. Despite occasional pricing concerns, many customers still enjoy the experience and appreciate the friendly staff, who are willing to assist with pricing adjustments. Overall, Value Village remains a favorite destination for those looking for second-hand items and interesting finds.
They no longer have cash registers, insist on doing your own checkout, and thus discriminate against folks who cannot pay by card. Could find no way to pay cash. Tried to write and comment to HQ but found it not possible. Will likely not return to this store, and others, in the future.
