“Purchased hardwood flooring. Have been assisted in this process by Chris Bloch-hansen in the flooring department at the Cranbrook BC store. The flooring we picked had to be special ordered and some of it was unfortunately damaged during shipping at no fault of Home Depot.HOME DEPOT take note, Chris has provided exceptional customer service at a level I have not experienced in recent memory. Chris regularly communicated and supported us throughout the buying and ordering process and ensured the product was replaced at no cost. This guy is dedicated and is a man of his word. He should be commended for the outstanding manner in which he represents his employer while while serving customers and in my opinion is certainly highly deserving of some recognition.If you need flooring, Chris is the guy to see!!
