About Modern Alchemy

Opened in November 2020, Modern Alchemy is a beautiful boutique store in downtown Creston. With an emphasis on local, BC and North American made, and ethical and eco-friendly wares, Modern Alchemy is the perfect place to find inspiration, vinyl records and the perfect gift. Some of the featured products are clothing, lavender items from local famrs, jewelry, vinyl records and turntables, gifts for men, women and children, artistic greeting cards, candles, soap, plants, pots and more. We share the store with Public Vinyl, the Kootenay's best curated vinyl record store, selling used and new vinyl, cassettes, CD's, turntables, speakers, music biographies and posters, patches and stickers.
