( My fault not theirs ) They tried everything I live on the 3rd floor & we do not have elevators.The next day I sorted it out with the store and today my new couch arrived and fits. The turn around was 1 week which I think was excellent given where I live. The couch is solid, comfortable, and sharp looking.”
