“I have bought a few big ticket idem over the last couple of years and been quite happy with them. But my last one was a real test, I bought a king size bed that i though was going to be great. But after a few nights sleep I just wasn't feeling good about, I little too stiff for me. So, I went in and told the staff and they said give a week or so, so i did. Two weeks later I an still not happy. Went in and told Brad that its just not working for me. No problem he ordered in me a softer one, no run around, just got me another bed. Great service, totally Happy.”
