I have used the local Dawson Creek auto service department a number of times. Kim and the crew haven't disappointed yet. I booked my appointment for my winter tire change overs, I had used winter tires and used rims I purchased. They removed the old tires and mounted the winters on the rims. Then changed over the seasonal tires on the truck with the winters I brought in. I had a call within the hour that the work was done. Picking up my truck near the end of the day, paying I was impressed with the price I paid. I was extremely happy with the value of this service. I have paid local tire shops more just to mount tires on the rims. This experience is similar to my last few time using this department. Always happy with the work preformed and very happy with the value/prices charged. Having dealt with local dealerships. I highly recommend using this auto department for your vehicle maintenance needs.

I was just at Canadian Tire in Dawson Creek BC tried exchanging my torque wrench today that I bought less than 6 months ago. I guess it was on sale because it was mastercraft garbage but they couldn’t even exchange because it was discontinued. Was a lady named Ash. 0 stars was not an option.

Needed a commercial grade drain cleaner and found exactly what I needed. Bonus, the Panini grill we wanted was on sale and paid for it with CT money plus $ 20! Love it!

Slow service. Crowded isles. Rude staff. Worst Canadian tire I have ever been too. And don’t order anything online to this store you’ll end up waiting for literally ever for the people to get your products.

Love the staff but the store is slowly turning into Walmart used to be a place with half decent stuff and isles you could walk past and browse with out getting in others way. Tight isles stuffed with cheap junk = profit for share holders and consumers left with bad experience and a cheaply made overpriced item that won’t last.
