“It has taken me awhile to get to this review, but I have not forgotten what a nice job they did with my car. I decided to get my car fixed here from all the nice reviews on their page and years of trust they seemed to build with customers. I was pleased with the services they offered and communicating with them was efficient and respectful.
However at first I did run into a problem with miscommunication between them and ICBC, on the objective of trying to save my car with a repair limit ICBC placed. I was trying to figure out what to repair and what I had to set aside so ICBC doesn't declare my car a total loss. When we did come up with a goal for what we can do to save it, I got a response from ICBC saying my car is over the total limit and the shop said a second investigation was done with a higher cost. We did manage to talk on how we can hit the ICBC target limit and eventually it worked out, even managed to save my decals in the process.
It did get rough halfway through the process but they managed to pull it off and made my car look very close to the day I bought it. Even though there was some slight miscommunication I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for claims or auto body work. The people who work there are very nice and patient and do their best to do what they can for you. I would gladly bring my car in again to have them work on it, thanks again for the great work!”

A special shoutout to Richard for his outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, he was honest, professional, and transparent. They offered me a very reasonable price and a realistic timeline. Even better, they pre-ordered all the required parts before asking me to bring in my car, so I wasn't left without my vehicle unnecessarily. Once everything was ready, they scheduled a drop-off date and estimated the repair would take about seven days.
To my surprise, they kept me updated throughout the repair process with photos showing the progress. Even more impressive, they completed the work in just two days instead of seven!
The biggest surprise came at the end—they actually charged me less than the original quote because the final work required less than expected. That level of honesty is rare these days.

“I had an excellent experience with this body shop after my 2020 Mazda CX-30 was involved in an accident. They replaced the damaged parts, did a perfect paint job, and even cleaned the entire car thoroughly. My car looks brand new again!
They also handled the insurance claim for me from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free and smooth.
I would especially like to praise Zoe at the front desk — she was very polite, always welcoming with a bright smile, and extremely helpful.
Manager Peter Li was also outstanding. He was very efficient and kept me updated on the repair progress regularly, which I truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank their partner company, Enterprise Rental, for providing me with a rental car (a 2025 Nissan Rogue). The car was very clean, new, and comfortable, and it made my time without my own car much easier.
