The indicator light is there as well, and the whole thing was falling apart. I had visions of a nightmare claim. But Raymond had a look at it and was able to put it all back together, good as new! And there was no charge! Hung and Raymond went over my car and pointed out a few cosmetic defects. There was absolutely no pressure to get things fixed, that didn't impact the safety of my car. I don't care about a few scratches. I give this shop a 10/10.”
“Top tier place to go to for any type of glass repair. I discovered a crack in my windshield and called immediately. Ted told me to come on in and was very helpful. With an hour until the shop closed, Ted helped me with all the paperwork and hunted down the replacement windshield for me and now it’s good as new again. I would absolutely recommend coming here.”

I previously had my old car repaired there about 5 years ago and returned following a collision with my new car (Subaru forester).
The staff were communicative about the repair timeline, courteousness throughout, and made an otherwise annoying task in my day go smoothly!
They explained everything in an easy and quick way about the repair - plus made sure to highlight there's a lifetime guarantee on the repair. I got my car back in good condition with repairs, plus cleaned down and vacuumed out.

“It has taken me awhile to get to this review, but I have not forgotten what a nice job they did with my car. I decided to get my car fixed here from all the nice reviews on their page and years of trust they seemed to build with customers. I was pleased with the services they offered and communicating with them was efficient and respectful.
However at first I did run into a problem with miscommunication between them and ICBC, on the objective of trying to save my car with a repair limit ICBC placed. I was trying to figure out what to repair and what I had to set aside so ICBC doesn't declare my car a total loss. When we did come up with a goal for what we can do to save it, I got a response from ICBC saying my car is over the total limit and the shop said a second investigation was done with a higher cost. We did manage to talk on how we can hit the ICBC target limit and eventually it worked out, even managed to save my decals in the process.
It did get rough halfway through the process but they managed to pull it off and made my car look very close to the day I bought it. Even though there was some slight miscommunication I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for claims or auto body work. The people who work there are very nice and patient and do their best to do what they can for you. I would gladly bring my car in again to have them work on it, thanks again for the great work!”
