I will never take my Tesla somewhere else, and if I ever happen to be in a situation where I need my vehicle repaired I will definitely only return to Mercedes Benz Collision Centre in Richmond.Their attention to detail is unmatched. They take their time with the repairs and do not rush anything. My Model Y looked like it was brand new and had just been delivered when they returned my vehicle to me.They fully repaired the damage from someone rear ending me, and they went above and beyond by detailing my whole car inside and out. I was surprised that they had fully wiped down the interior and vacuumed it when they did not need to.Wesley and Tina were great as they kept in touch and were always friendly with me no matter how many times I called them. They always kept me updated on the parts ordering process, what was being worked on, and how long it would take for me to get my car back.Mercedes Benz Collision Centre did not have any loaners available, however they did get me a rental car (Toyota Corolla) from the Hertz next door for me to drive during the duration of my repairs.I highly recommend MB Collision in Richmond if you need to have any repairs done to your vehicle. It is also a bonus that they are certified by Tesla.”

They also polished the faded head lights...They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.Recommend for car repair or autobody work, and will definitely be back.”
