I had a wonderful experience at the bank today. Marcus was friendly, fast, and very helpful. My payment was stuck due to bank policy he made my transaction easy with a smile. Excellent customer service! This is my third or fourth visit to the Tsawwassen branch, always had good experience.

Was there this morning and waited 15-20 minutes in line. Two tellers. I was the only person in line. Finally asked someone if they could get anyone else to help. Someone helped me. Poor customer service. I have never had to ask someone to help me.. they usually come out when they notice someone waiting for a long time.

The staff was friendly but with only 2 tellers servicing the public, the wait time was long.
