“We are crossing Canada with our 1991 Westfalia. Heading south on Highway 99 in British Columbia, we had problems with our brakes. Once on Vancouver Island we contacted Helen from Vivid Vans and she invited us to come see them to get an assessment of the problem. Despite their large volume of work, they welcomed us warmly. David examined the situation and made the repair in the morning. We got back on the road and found that the problem was well resolved.
