“Highly recommend Isherwood for their professionalism and high calibre work. Everything was top notch- from the interactions with Renee and Heidi and the fabulous repair work with the craftspeople in the shop, to even a spotless detail and clean on the car by Jason and team when the body and paint work was completed. I was super impressed with the whole experience. So glad I trusted my car to Isherwood!”

Thanks for repairing my vehicle(2x in one year lol) Even vacuumed and cleaned up my car before I had even arrived there for my keys. Can't say enough for all these professionals that have made my life easier when I was stressed out about my damaged vehicle. Thank you !!!”

“5 Stars — Finally, someone who could fix it right Chris and his team are the real deal. We'd had two other RV service techs take a shot at a leaky toilet and strike out both times. Chris diagnosed and fixed it fast — no runaround, no guesswork — and the price was more than fair for the quality of work. This was hands-down the best RV service we've had. Honest people, solid work, reasonable rates. We'll be back for anything else that comes up, and we recommend them without hesitation.”

“Craftsman Collision has been fast, efficient and accommodating with every aspect of having my vehicle repaired from start to finish. Special thanks to front end staff Kalie, Vanessa, and Trevor, for his thorough evaluation of the vehicle damage. Special praise to the folks in the shop as well. I was thrilled with the completed body work and wheel refinishing job AND shop staff left my car sparkling clean! I love this old-fashioned standard of 5 Star service! ? Thanks again ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This was my first time visiting Bumper to Bumper in Duncan, and I was genuinely impressed. I called ahead about a new caliper for my truck and was quoted a great price on a refurbished part. When I arrived, JC helped me out and went above and beyond. He found me a brand-new part for just $1 more! We double-checked to make sure it matched, and he even walked me through the installation process. JC was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He also provided a quote for a future repair. Outstanding service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!”

“Recently purchased a Kioti CX2510 tractor along with several implements, and the service I received from Jason was phenomenal. It’s been a while since I’ve been on a tractor, and Jason was incredibly patient in walking me through all the features and capabilities of this amazing machine. Chris handled the delivery and, once everything was unloaded, provided a thorough one-on-one orientation. He covered key maintenance items to watch for, as well as a detailed overview of the implements—how to attach them and what to be mindful of. Overall, the team at Harbour City Equipment is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Hats off to both Jason and Chris for such a customer-focused and satisfying experience!”

“The staff here are super helpful, they did a ‘load test’ on my battery while I was parked in their parking lot (something Canadian Tire refused to do without an appointment-charging me of course) I purchased a battery maintenance kit and was very easy to install myself. Thanks again Lordco staff ??”
