“I have never had a problem at the branch itself but want to be able to call the branch direct. With the 1-888 number it takes forever to get someone on the line. When I did get someone on the line she was very helpful and we were able to deal with things over the phone instead of having to go in.”

“I am only writing this in hopes of helping. I was in the bank today to get a couple papers for rolling coins and had to wait in line for about 15 mins. This isn’t the first time that the line has been all the way to the door. With only one or two employees working the counters. A couple years ago the bank used to have a “receptionist” which was handy when you only had a question or needed help with depositing money. It was frustrating that only when I got to the end of the line that an employee came out and asked if anyone had an appointment or something she could help with. She was then able to get me what I needed, which I do appreciate.”
