“I was at London drugs awhile back and had help picking out a phone case. I had a man who was nonverbal yet I had the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was so kind, smart, and helpful. This was a little while ago but I still think about how great he is at his job. I don’t know his name but I want him to be acknowledged for how good he is at his job.”

“Whenever Krishna is working, the store is always open and ready to serve customers at 5am!
He takes so much pride in making sure that the store is presentable and his customers have what they need.”
“Came to buy an art TV as we were having issues ordering online. Our order had gotten cancelled twice when we placed the order and it was on sale at the time. The sale had ended, however Chase, the store manager helped us out, honoured the sale price and helped our pick out an art tv that would suit our needs. He was a great help and provided excellent customer service.”
