We are repeat customers and again the service and products are top notch. We bought a Canadian built sectional again and Michael went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The delivery team was excellent as well...don't hesitate to purchase any of the fantastic quality furniture at Merit.

I just found out that Wendy is no longer the manager at Merit. She was the reason we shopped there. Now, they will no longer be selling appliances, but pushing mattresses. That will hurt their business in my opinion.

Staff was fantastic! Everyone was super helpful and most importantly I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They didn't hound me. Then I got free delivery and the gentlemen who delivered it were careful, cautious, courteous, and respectful. Highly recommend.
