“Going to leave this review on behalf of someone who probably couldn't navigate to the google review tab. Alex & Jordan will recently remember a chevy silverado that came through the shop for a head unit upgrade, they requested a unit with gps and you did provide but it was android auto / apple carplay which 100% made sense but there was no way you could account for the lack of technical ability on the owner. When they complained it wasn't what they wanted you did your best to meet them halfway and covered the labor and took the old unit that was already installed back with a full refund and managed to find a unit that had what they wanted to the point. I know they are pleased and as the person who tried to help them 2 provinces away I appreciate the effort you put in as I could not.”
