“I was on my way to Penticton, but stopped In Hope to get my tire looked at, because something was rubbing. First I met Ted and told him about my dilemma, then he referred me inside and I told Griffyn what was going on. He said they would look at it right away. I felt such a relief because that’s the last thing you want happening when you’re in the middle of nowhere.
Anyway, they confirmed it was a loose wheel well liner and the put new clips on it, and did not charge me.
I just want to say thank you guys, you were all so kind and I recommend to anyone who has an issue with their car to go see Griffyn and Ted at Carstar.
They represent what real Customer Service is.”

“I didn't actually stop at Canyon Automotive.
My truck broke down on the highway while heading to Vancouver Island, cooling system issue, blown gasket or water pump.
I called them first thing in the morning and they were unable to get me in.
They DID however, point me in the direction of another mechanic shop that had the extra space to ensure I was able to get on my way.

This is professionalism at its best.
